Medisure Supreme - Pre & Post Hospitalisation Claim ( Via Mobile App )

Insure Savvy's customers can submit following claims via our mobile app.

1. Pre-hospitalisation claims

2. Post-hospitalisation claims

3. Other non-cashless hospitalisation claims

Pelanggan-pelanggan Insure Savvy boleh menyerahkan tuntutan-tuntutan berikut melalui aplikasi mudah alih kami.

1. Tuntutan pra-hospital

2. Tuntutan pasca penghospitalan

3. Tuntutan penghospitalan tanpa tunai lain

Insure Savvy 的客户可以通过我们的移动应用程序提交以下索赔。

1. 住院前索赔

2. 出院后理赔

3. 其他非现金住院报销

User can change language of mobile app by clicking "My Profile" and selecting "Language" thereafter.

Pengguna boleh menukar bahasa aplikasi mudah alih dengan mengklik "Profil" dan memilih "Bahasa" selepas itu.

Example / Contoh / 例子

Step 1 - Click button of "Policy Changes / Claims"

Step 2 

- Policies which are still pending for policy changes / claims will be listed, if there is any.

- To submit claims of Medisure Supreme - click button of "Policy Claims".

Step 3

- All Medisure Supreme policies will be listed for user to select and submit claim

- User can click "Select" button for relevant policy

Step 4

- User keys in bank name and account number for receiving claim payment later.

- Then user click "Submit" button

Step 5 

- User can download required forms and samples.

- If the insurance company needs to make claim payment after approval is done, user is required to submit both E-payment form and Bank Statement to facilitate claim settlement.

- User can click "Add File" button for uploading relevant files after filling up the necessary information.

- The following are mandatory documents / information must be submitted for processing Pre & Post hospitalisation claims.

1. Claim form

2. E-payment form

3. Bank statement

4. Original medical report

5. Original medical bill / tax invoices

6. Original official receipt

7. Copy of identity card

Step 6 

- User uploads all the required claim related documents.

- Then, click "Next" button

Step 7

- User can review the uploaded documents

Step 8

- After reviewing, user can click "Next" button

Step 9 

- User needs to submit original copies of submitted documents and mail directly to insurance company's office address.

- Insure Savvy system will credit 20 loyalty points, worth RM20 as reimbursement for printing and mailing costs, after claim is approved.

Step 10

- When claim is approved, user can click "View" button to check details.

Step 11

- User can view various information about Medisure Supreme's policy claim
