Insure Savvy's mobile app allows user submitting request of transferring no claim discount ( NCD ) from other insurance policy to existing motor insurance policy.

This normally happens after an insured has withdrawn existing vehicle's NCD and transfers it to another vehicle, which has higher motor insurance premium, but having lower NCD or no NCD at all.

For example, when insureds buy new vehicles, they may want to withdraw their old vehicles' with higher NCDs and transfer them to their new vehicles, which have no NCD presently.

Note : NCD transfer may result a partial premium refund, upon an insurer approving such request.

User can change language of mobile app by clicking "My Profile" and selecting "Language" thereafter.

Step 1 - Click button of "Policy Changes / Claims"

Step 2

- Policies which are still pending for policy changes / claims will be listed, if there is any.

- To submit the request of NCD transfer / Entitlement - click button of "Policy Changes".

Step 3

- Select category of insurance policy

- Click "Motor"

Step 4

- All motor insurance policies will be listed for user to select and submit for processing NCD transfer.

- Click "Select" button for vehicle requiring NCD transfer

Step 5

- Click arrow key to select type of policy changes

Step 6 - Select "NCD Changes"

Step 7 - Click arrow key to select type of NCD changes

Step 8 - Select sub-category "NCD Transfer / Entitlement"

Step 9 - Click "next" button

Step 10

- User can download required forms and samples.

- If the insurance company needs to refund premium after its NCD transfer processing is done, user is also required to submit both E-payment form and Bank Statement to facilitate payment.

- User can click "Add File" button for uploading relevant files after filling up the necessary information.

- Then user can click "Next" button
