Specified Illnesses ( Medisure Supreme Policy )

Specified Illnesses shall mean the following disabilities and its related complication, occurring within the first one hundred and twenty (120) days of Insurance of the Insured Person:

a) Hypertension, diabetes mellitus and Cardiovascular disease

b) All tumours, cancers, cysts, nodules, polyps, stones of the urinary system and biliary system

c) All ear nose (including sinuses) and throat conditions

d) Hernias, haemorrhoids fistulae, hydrocele, varicocele

e) Endometriosis including disease of the Reproduction system

f) Vertebra-spinal disorders (including disc) and knee conditions.

Penyakit Tertentu bermaksud Hilang Upaya berikut dan komplikasi yang berkaitan dengannya, yang wujud dalam tempoh seratus dua puluh (120) hari pertama lnsurans bagi Pihak Diinsuranskan:

a) Hipertensi, diabetes melitus dan penyakit kardiovaskular

b) Semua tumor, kanser, sista, nodul, polip, batu dalam system kencing dan sistem biliary

c) Semua penyakit telinga, hidung (termasuk sinus) dan tekak

d) Hernia, hemoroid, fistula, hidrosele, varikosele

e) Endometriosistermasuk penyakit sistem pembiakan

f) Gangguan spina vertebro (termasuk diska) dan penyakit lutut

特定疾病是指在被保险人投保的前一百二十（120）天内发生的以下残疾及其相关并发症：

a) 高血压、糖尿病和心血管疾病

b) 泌尿系统和胆道系统的所有肿瘤、癌症、囊肿、结节、息肉、结石

c) 所有耳鼻（包括鼻窦）和喉咙状况

d) 疝气、痔瘘、鞘膜积液、精索静脉曲张

e) 子宫内膜异位症，包括生殖系统疾病

f) 脊椎疾病（包括椎间盘）和膝关节疾病。
